About the Job.

Ecommerce Manager……. 

Fully Remote Work From Home (permanent)
Gender:- As 100% Of Our Team is Females We Strongly Require a Female only.

Part-timers Or Students who are busy in another work or studies are not allowed.

We are seeking for a Skilled & Talented Ecommerce Manager who can manage and handle our orders,provide assistance to our team of content writers and managers and handle  Dispatch process and also manage marketing campaigns of our social media handles.

Must Have Skills 

1. 1. Good Command over Excell, knowledge about Listing or Content writing.
   2. Good English 
   3. Humble & Soft Spoken 

• Mobile minimum 128gb storage & Laptop & Wifi MANDATORY (Dont Apply if you don’t have this).

Order Management.

• Keep a Track of Hardcopy Orders received which will be sent through whatsapp.and enter the order details in spreadsheets
• Check the order progress and mention as to which writer the order was assigned.
• Writer Support

Work Load :- (Arround -5-20 orders per day).

Customer Query Management (WhatsApp Business Account).

• During working Hours WhatsApp Web Should be Open in 1 tab and you have to resolve the Queries of Customers.
• Queries will be like Order Status,Complaints & feedback or New Order enquiry.
• You just have to Forwards Links of the product as customer requires

Work Load :- (Arround -20-100 New Messages Per Day)

Courrier label Management.

• Once an order is completed the content wrriter/content manager will inform you. You have to open Client Panel of delhivery (account will be given by admin) and Generate Courrier pickup 
• Keep a Track of daily pickup scheduled or not and status of Pickup till the Stage of PICKED_UP.
• Keep an Eye on Orders Which are undelivered or returned and inform customer as well admin about it.
  

Work Load :- (Arround -5-20 Labels per day).

Writer management

• You’ll be provided a database of Solutions of all the courses. Whenever a work is assigned to a particular content manager. She may demand solution Provide her that PDF File from the database (google drive) or Whatsapp Group.

Social Media Management 

• Solution screen-recording (minimum 3+ of 1 minute duration) of solution PDF 
• Instagram 1 post daily (posters on festivals like happy diwali happy guruparab etc)

Work Load :- 2 Post In Instagram Daily & Minimum 3 Screen-Recording in Youtube

Solution Making. 

• When free open the webservices page of university and make solution of the question paper (Content From Google).
• Upload those solutions in our website. 

Work Load :- =Minimum 3 Solutions If English or minimum 1 if hindi 

OFF SEASON TASKS

Blog Writing 

• During off Season months like January & February / June & July write blogs for our website 

Work Timings.

Job Location:- Fully Remote Work From Home Permanent Basis.

11.30 am to 6..00 PM (For another task)  10.00 Pm To 11.30 Pm (for Order Management sheet)
Break Hours

1.00 to 2.00 PM Break
4.30 to 5.00 PM Break

WeekOff:- Saturday
1 Payed Leave a Month 
Leave on Designated National Holiday Only

Compensation Payed.

Base Salary :-10000  IN Hand.
Additional Pay :- Upto 2000  [Incentive Bonus for 100% Errorless Work & Full Attendance).
