  • “User”, “Customer” refers to any person accessing or purchasing from the website
  • “Services” include solved assignments, handwritten assignments, notes, guess papers, and related academic assistance

2. INDEPENDENT SERVICE DISCLAIMER

IGNOU Galaxy is an independent academic assistance platform and is **not affiliated, associated, authorized, or endorsed by Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) or any of its regional centers.

All references to IGNOU are strictly for descriptive and informational purposes only.

3. NATURE OF SERVICES (VERY IMPORTANT)

  • All materials provided are strictly for reference, guidance, and academic assistance purposes only
  • We do NOT promote plagiarism
  • Customers are solely responsible for submitting assignments in their own words

4. NO GUARANTEE OF MARKS / RESULT

  • The Company does NOT guarantee:
    • Marks
    • Grades
    • Assignment acceptance
    • University evaluation outcome

👉 Evaluation is completely dependent on:

  • IGNOU evaluators
  • Presentation
  • Submission method
  • External factors beyond our control

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed only after payment confirmation (Full/Partial/COD as applicable)
  • The Company reserves the right to:
    • Reject suspicious/fraudulent orders
    • Cancel incomplete orders
    • Ask for verification

6. PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • Payment once made is considered acceptance of these Terms
  • Fraudulent transactions will be reported to legal authorities

7. DELIVERY POLICY

📦 Handwritten Assignments:

  • Delivery timeline: 2–5 working days (approx.)
  • Delay may occur due to:
    • High demand
    • Courier issues
    • External factors

📩 Digital Products (PDF):

  • Delivered instantly or within 24 hours

👉 The Company is not liable for delays caused by courier partners (e.g., Delhivery)

8. NO REFUND POLICY (STRICT)

 Refund is NOT applicable in cases of:

  • Digital product delivery
  • Work already completed or dispatched
  • Delay due to courier/logistics
  • Low marks or rejection
  • Change of mind after order

 Refund may be considered ONLY if:

  • Order is not Available/Out of Stock.
  • Duplicate payment made

 Refund decision is solely at Company discretion

9. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation allowed only before processing starts
  • Once work has started → ❌ No cancellation Allowed.

10. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customer must ensure:

  • Correct subject codes
  • Correct medium (Hindi/English)
  • Accurate address & phone number

 Company is NOT responsible for:

  • Wrong details provided by customer
  • Submission mistakes by student

11. DELIVERY & COURIER LIABILITY

  • Once shipped, risk is transferred to the customer
  • Company is not responsible for:
    • Courier delays
    • Lost/damaged parcels ( We Have insurance so as per the decision of the insurance we shall respond)
    • Delivery issues due to incorrect address

12. ACADEMIC ETHICS DISCLAIMER

  • Company does not encourage academic misconduct.
  • Customer is responsible for using content ethically.
  • Company Doesnt Take any liablity in case of any academic losses Faced by The Student.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall the Company be liable for:

  • Low marks
  • Assignment rejection
  • Academic penalties
  • Loss of academic year
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

👉 Maximum liability = amount paid by customer

14. CUSTOMER MISCONDUCT & ABUSE POLICY

Company reserves the right to:

  • Cancel orders
  • Block users
  • Take legal action

In cases of:

  • Abuse / threats
  • Fake complaints
  • Payment fraud
  • Cyber harassment

15. DISPUTE & CHARGEBACK PROTECTION

  • Customers agree NOT to raise false disputes or chargebacks
  • Fraudulent disputes will lead to:
    • Legal action
    • Blacklisting
    • Recovery proceedings

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • All content belongs to the Company
  • Unauthorized use, copying, resale is prohibited

17. PRIVACY & DATA USE

  • Customer data is used only for order processing
  • We do not sell personal information

18. FORCE MAJEURE

Company is not liable for delays due to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions
  • Technical failures

19. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Company reserves the right to update Terms at any time without prior notice

20. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

  • Governed by Indian laws
  • Jurisdiction: Delhi courts
